By default Cross Sell will show items that are soldout or out-of-stock if they have been selected as cross sells.

To hide items out-of-stock:

1) Go to our app's Settings -> Theme.
2) Scroll to where it says "Hide cross sells that..." and Checkmark the "are out of stock" option..

* If you installed Cross Sell prior to February 2008, you might be on the legacy version of Cross Sell (you can verify this by going into our app's Account section). If your version of Cross Sell is 1, then you are on the legacy version and will need to upgrade to activate this feature. In this case, please get in touch.)*.
