To use our Upsell Popup feature make sure to do the following:

1) Make sure the checkbox called "Show Upsell Pop-up on Product pages" is checked in Settings -> Quickview & Pop-up Settings (see images below)

2) Make sure the product where you want to show the Upsell Popup has cross sells assigned (either Handpicked, Global Product or Upsell Products). The Pop-up will use the cross sells selected under "Which Cross Sells to use".

3) Review the Quickview & Pop-up Settings to make sure you have the text, number of items and correct settings you'd like to use.
