How do I request a refund?

OUR REFUND POLICY

If you forget to uninstall before your next billing date or trial end date, we allow a grace period of 3 days. Make sure to contact us at support@csell.co so we can give you Credit on your Shopify account.

We can not refund you if you forgot to uninstall our app and more than 3 days have passed from the day it was billed.

If for whatever reason you need that refund credited directly to your credit card, make sure to contact us at support@csell.co and we will be happy do that for you.
