Our new integration is very straightforward.
First, your customer will land on a sold-out item and click the “Notify me when available” button to the left.
Then, a sign-up form pops up. Here, they can enter their email address to be notified when their product is back in stock, click to shop the cross-sells they’ll see right below the form, or both!
Setting Up the Integration With Back In Stock on Cross Sell
This new Cross Sell integration with the Back In Stock tool works very simply. You’ll choose whether to use the global or handpicked cross-sells for your signup form, or a combination of both. You’re able to show up to 4 items, but 2 is best for optimization. And, even more exciting is the fact that upsells will be added to the form very soon, so stay tuned.
